Beautifull team !

The anual goal is exceeded - yesterday ! Best growth among competitors too - "impossible !" everybody was saying. The team fought for it up to last minute , yesterday - so persistance ! Their success.

A "Thank you ! Well done" SMS to my cell phone - it's not mine but it belong to my team - so I forward it.

Heard about the X & Y theory ? Accelerate people with reward vs punishment - (stick & carrot). But human is smarter than a donkey - they know & can feel. Dedication and sincerity sounds better & ideal ! Off course we need result , but cannot be achieved/sustain without processes & heart.

I guess I need to learn more the word "they" rather than "I"
