Appraisal

How to appraise ? .. to "really" appraise someone ! How can we appraise someone without admitting his/her bright side ? How to admit if we can't see it ? How to see it if we don't want to see it ?

Peter F Drucker said " Focus on what people do good , not on their mistake" - whooohh we should really train our eyes. I got problem on this area too....

It is easier to complain than to appraise, don't you think so ?
