Envy , Greedy & Passion.
Two kid- the first kid is offered 10 chocolates- but to be shared with the 2nd kid. How many he should share is up to the 1st kid.
The 2nd kid, will be the decision maker! If he disagree with the 1st kid offered numbers he can reject it - all the chocolates will be taken back and they both will get nothing.
If the 2nd kid accept the proposal, chocolates will be shared according to the deal !
It was a real survey, I watched it in discovery channels.
The result was, the 1st kid is willing to give 2 chocolate to the 2nd kid.
The 2nd kid reject it "It's unfair !" -NO DEAL- they are both get nothing. It is illogical that "nothing" is better "something" - I guess it is not only about logic.
Other study case - A guy helped a disable women during 911 incident. In short, after suspense & dramatic effort- they both succeed to came out, few second before the world trade center building collapsed. The opposite view of Illogical behaviour-risking own life to save others.
Which one are we cultivating?
