Human Right

"Human right" , an idea that the right to live and fairly treated is owned by human. But what is the human right ? Is it given or owned ? Is it just a piece of concentus ?

If it seen as "Concentus or compromising" , it brokes when the interest is conflicting or incompatible. If it is seen as "my" right, it tend to be demanded - but who will give it when everybody are busy in demanding.

But interesting part is , all human (at least deep in the heart) cannot deny that we have a "common feeling" that human need to be treated humanly. At least we know exatly how "we" want to be treated !

Probably we do not like the word "Human responsibility", something that you need to respect it as at least you know you will ask for it.
