Value.

"Why he is not leading the team by the value ?" , friend's question about other friend.
"Everybody is leaded by the value !" , I think so
"No, perhaps he have no value !" my friend argued.
"He should have, but perhaps do not know what is it !" , I guess no value is a value as well !

I think the problem is there's a difference between the accepted value or the "value that suppose to be or taught to be accepted but denied inside the heart".
