What is cheap ?

If you buy something, sold at thousand times of it's original cost - but nobody can sell it - do you fell it is cheap enough ?
If you buy something, sold at below it's cost - but other's can sell it even lower - do you fell it is cheap enough ?.

Air is given freely - is it cheap ?
