Relationships in business (and others)

I disagree with "as long as you are closed with customer, you can sell everything".

Relationships is a must, and it's not solely because the business , it's a natural human things. You don't do relationships only because you want to sell something !

But yes, relationships helped you to communicate your ideas - the content ! We don't just sell "the relationships" - we sell the content ! And if the content is a relationships, it would be not a sincere relationships.
