Mind that is working !

The so busy mind... it kept on thinking - never stopped ! Have anyone experienced a second that their mind is stopped ? No, it kept on thinking - question is what is the topic !

The waste is, when the mind is supposed to be to think an important things - we used it for a unconstructive things - worse - repeatedly ! It just take the time for the mind to think good things !

As the thinking we have it's effect...beware of what we are thinking...!
