Employee as an asset

Employee is not an asset  .  If the organization is a body - the employee is the living cell.

In a perfect situation, the works in harmony. If the body died, the cell died too. But cancer cell doesn't follow the harmony. It doesnt follow the body instruction anymore. 

It lives among healthy cell - taking the nutrion - and replicate.

Bad organization of course can  makes the bad employee but so is the other way arround.

One head, one body , one healthy body - sounds good.
